The RWD Performance Based Analysis (RWD PBA™) is a standardized approach to quickly identify areas where we can help a client organization improve the performance of workers.
The RWD PBA™ is composed of 17 steps and is organized into the following four phases: LISTEN, LOOK, LEARN, LAUNCH.
By using the processes and tools provided as part of the PBA methodology, RWD personnel can:
- Understand the business situations that exist at a client site
- Identify key performance metrics and targets
- Identify the gaps preventing personnel from achieving these metrics and targets
- Develop a cost-effective action plan to address the identified gaps and improve performance
