What Information Do We Gather?
You have complete control over the personal information you give us. In general, you can visit our Web site without providing us with any personal information. Resume Information
Our Apply Online feature allows you to submit your resume, which we need to help assess your qualifications for jobs that we might have available. We also ask for some personal information, job codes for specific openings you may be interested in, and preferences for location and business area. Our recruiting personnel will have access to this information. They will distribute information about a particular person to RWD's hiring managers if that person's qualifications match a particular job opening at RWD. If RWD requests an interview, everyone at RWD who interviews the candidate will get a copy of his or her resume information.
Information Request
We ask you for your name, address, and e-mail address so that we can contact you with the information you are requesting. If you are requesting information about investing in RWD, we also ask what type of investor you are.
News Subscription Request
You can subscribe to a mailing list to get our news releases by e-mail. We ask for enough information to send you the news releases. We make sure that other people do not subscribe you without your consent. When RWD receives a subscription request, we will send an e-mail message to the e-mail address that was provided in the request. This message will include a special URL that you must access in order to confirm your subscription.
IP Addresses
Our Web servers log IP addresses and access times. This data doesn't identify you or your computer individually.
Our systems administrators have access to the information we gather simply because, as administrators, they need to access RWD's servers. However, they do not use the information for any purpose.
What Do We Use the Information For?
Resume Information
RWD uses the information you provide in your resume to help us assess your qualifications for job openings at RWD. We keep this information so that RWD can consider you for current and future job openings.
Information Request
We use this information to send you the information you requested. We don't send any materials or information that you do not request.
News Subscription Request
We use this information to send you copies of our news releases. RWD will maintain your information until you request that it be removed from the list. Every e-mail we send to you will contain directions for removing your information from the list.
IP Addresses
We use IP addresses to monitor use of our Web site. We can track requests from a particular IP address through the site, but we can't use IP addresses to identify individual users or computers.
Do We Use Cookies?
RWD uses "cookies" in its Web site. A cookie is a small data file that a Web site can transfer to a visitor's hard drive to keep data that the site can use for various purposes. A cookie cannot read data off of your hard drive, and a Web site cannot read cookie files created by other sites.

Do We Disclose Any Information?
Normally, RWD does not sell, trade, or transfer any information you provide to us via our Web site to any third party. For example, we provide information to our service providers for direct emailing of our newsletters, online surveys, press releases, and notifications on RWD Offerings to our visitors. Resume Information
If you would like to submit a revised resume, just re-send it. It will be updated in our files. We delete resumes after three years.
News Subscription Request
To change your e-mail subscription request, unsubscribe from your current address and resubscribe (from our Web site) with your new address.
What About Web Sites We Link To?
Our Web site provides links to other third-party Web sites. Even if the third party is affiliated with RWD through a business partnership or otherwise, RWD is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices or the content of such third-party sites. What About Access by Children?
